Barrier Reef Poster

This image was created by pencil sketching the life ring design onto tracing paper, transferring it to a piece of lino, etching out the print, and printing it with blue ink. The text was written using copic markers.

I was really happy with the outcome of the lino print because it is not something I had done before. I found that you had to think consciously about which parts you had to etch out and which to leave untouched because it is easy to mess it up and get confused. I was careful with this and it was quite tedious but rewarding. I like how clean the outcome is.
